Terms & Conditions 

1. Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
     

2. Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to move your appointment:

  • Please reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time.

  • If you reschedule within the 48-hour window, your original deposit can be transferred to your new date (one-time limit).

  • Failure to provide 48 hours' notice for rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
     

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Any cancellation made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost to the card on file.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive at your appointment without notification will result in a charge of 100% of the service total, and future booking privileges may be revoked.
     

4. Late Arrivals
We strive to stay on schedule for all guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. In the event of a forced reschedule due to lateness, the cancellation fee will apply.

5. Service Satisfaction
We take pride in our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with your hair, please notify the salon within 48 hours of your service. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide a complimentary "adjustment" appointment to ensure the results meet your expectations.

6. Payment & Card on File
By booking an appointment, you authorize the salon to keep a valid credit card on file and to charge said card for any "same-day cancellation" or "no-show" fees as outlined above.
