Refund Policy 

1. The "No Refund" Policy

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for any hair services rendered. Our services involve professional labor and time, which are non-recoverable. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority.

 

2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Service Adjustments)

If you are not 100% satisfied with the results of your service, we offer a complimentary adjustment under the following conditions:

  • The 48-Hour Notification: You must contact the salon within 48 hours of your original appointment to report any concerns.

  • The 7-Day Window: The adjustment appointment must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the original service.

  • Original Scope Only: The adjustment is intended to correct the original agreed-upon goal. If you change your mind and request a completely different look (e.g., you asked for blonde but now want to go red), this will be considered a new service and charged at full price.

 

3. At-Home Alterations

The satisfaction guarantee is void if:

  • The hair has been altered, colored, or chemically treated at home or by another salon before returning to us for an adjustment.

  • The client has not followed the specific aftercare instructions provided by the stylist (e.g., using non-professional shampoos on a fresh color service).

 

4. Retail Products

  • Unopened Products: May be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Opened Products: We offer a one-time exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value if the product was used only once and caused an adverse reaction or did not perform as expected.

 

5. Deposits & Cancellation Fees

As a reminder, all booking deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy regarding fees for same-day cancellations or no-shows, as these are handled separately from service satisfaction.
